Not clear. This site is just a straight moving of their old site, full of bad links, and no new info. Word has it the shmups team was fired, so it's unclear if this is just here for legacy purposes. But it's reason enough to hope, so that's something.

Strikers 1945 - JP only Sat & PSX
Strikers 1945 II - Jap Sat & PSX (it is just Strikers 1945 on the domestic PSX)
Gunbird - Jap Sat & PSX

Umm, there are more, but I forget. Just do a search on shmups. You will bring up tons of info. Another thing is, if you already have a Psikyo shmup, maybe you should try out another developer, all of the Strikers & GB games are very similar. Give Dodonpachi or (if you have the cash) Battle Garegga. Both of these feel superrior to most Psikyo games. Just to broaden your horizons. =)

Sol Divide(ps/saturn)-Never played it . I remember that it got good a review in some Saturn mag.I read elsewhere that it sucks ass.

I see no trace of it in game (it's only got "Main Game Mode" AKA Original 2). If anyone can help me unlock it I'd be more than appreciative.


Ugh, I don't know what happened to my last post, but in short, CV, I recommend Zero Gunner 2 (DC) and Strikers 1945 II (JP PSX).

There was a post about Strikers on the shmups.com forum. I think that there are 2 versions of the game.

I highly recomend ZeroGunner2. Get it while you can.

Yeah it's just the old site. Good to see it back up though. And while you're "broadening your horizons," check out Toaplan. Kyukyoku Tiger is fucking amazing.

I really, really ought to purchase ZG2 in the near future. Any thoughts on the difficulty of this shooter compared to other Psikyo titles? GB2 dominates me time and time again.
