Broken linkage.
I saw the trailer online and on ET. Freaking awesome, costume at first I didn't like but it's perfect. I look real forward to this movie.
Just watched it at home, and wow :) It looks great. It has a more darker look, like first 2 Batman movies, or the Crow, Action scenes look thightbangin :), and there even a glimpse of Daredevil fighting Kingpin.
Next February going to be great, with DD and new Jet Li movie coming out !
It looks much less cheesey than the teaser. AICN keeps going on about how this is just the fun stuff thats in the trailer...there is alot of serious things that happen since it's adapted from Frank Miller's DD. I hope thats the case, I liked X-Men more than Spider-Man because it felt like you were watching a real drama and not some teen tv drama.
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, it's looks like shit, cold shit.
Doesn't look too bad, hopefully Kevin Smith will do it justice :)
Oh, and Michael Clarke Duncan is the PIMP! :D
The only thing Kevin Smith has to do with the movie is a cameo as a lab worker.
Kevin Smith will never get a big project like this. He wrote a treatment for Spiderman (and Daredevil) which was horrible, though to be fair James Cameron's Spiderman treatment was horrible as well.
Kevin Smith is better with Low Budget intimate conversational movies, not big budget blockbusters.
PS: This movie looks like shit.
PPS: Though I'll still probably go see it.
Also of note, Kevin Smith plays a Lab Worker named Jack Kirby. Jack Kirby is the name of the man that created DareDevil.
DareDevil is one of the better superheros to be in a Movie, a personal favorite, Ben Affleck seems well cast, but the Kingpin has a completly different look, so already they are moving away from the Comic. Michael Clarke could pull it off but I don't buy him as the Kingpin and it has nothing to do with his color, just a minor gripe.
Well, As long the action is good, and its not as silly as Spiderman was, I will be happy :)
Prefers darker styled comic book adaptations.
