It's a well respected game that just garners alot of hate from selected people who are resentful of the game for whatever reason, the primary one being, IMO, the leap from 2D to 3D.

You know, if they had made FFX more like the original and removed the individual characters, dialog, story, voices and mini-games for a sole focus on the battle system, FFX would've been great. Rare case, but it happens.Quote:

You had more control over your characters development.
The camera followed you, no more static backgrounds (kinda).
