The face is really good(whigh often is the hard part), in fact it's all pretty good. (crap it is most definately not) anyway, the minor criticism parts, the background pattern is distracting, do not fear negative space, use it... for examples check out some summi- e paintings, it's just black ink on whit paper but it is really volumnous. also i know it's proper in fan art, but it's a pet peeve of mine when someone puts in the characters name. I always feel text should be a part of the peice not just a description,. I know hayate isn't the most popular character but i feel the peice identifies itself. As for what is the subjects weak points IMO the shoulders could use a little more depth and check the angle a bit. Try posing in a mirror to get afeeling of what it would really look like, just for reference.
I hope this wasn't too critical, it is really good and with a little more practice you'll put the posters at srk to shame.
