I love all of my systems, but I guess it would have to go something like this:
X-Box-7 So far its primarily used when I have friends over for a Halo Tourny. The only other games I have are DOA3 (which I rarely play) and MGS2:S.
GC-10 This year it has become the only system I play consitantly. Smash Bros. when friends come over, Animal Crossing for 15 Minutes every day Eternal Darkness, Mario Sunshine get pulled out every once and awhile too.
PS2-8 Its my system for games that I play through to the end once and never pull out again. That said, the games are a blast to play though.

hmmm
if you go from november to november
id rate it like this
GC 10/10 this system got me back into Gaming the way i was during the SNES days, way back into games and following release dates and everything, i mean it saw Mario, Star Fox, and Metroid this year, then you had nice surprises like Rogue Leader, Luigi's Mansion, Eternal Darkness (soooo good), both RE's, been very happy with it this year
PS2 8/10 this was the year i finally bought one for Maximo, in this year you also saw Rez and FFX, i picked up alot of non - system sellers on it (games that didnt make me buy a system in the first year but since i had it and they were around i got them) so i got a good amount of gaming out of it this year not as much as the cube but still a decent amount
Xbox 6.5/10 i dont know there was just nothing making me go I NEED AN XBOX, there were things i thought were good on it Buffy, Sega GT 2002, Rallisport isnt bad, Halo can be good multiplayer but single player ehhh, again theres a couple games id pick up if i had the system and could find them cheap but nothing makeing me go OMG NEED A BOX, next year will be much better for it i think at least for me anyway, between Panzer, CvS2 EO online, and MvC2 online that gives me reason to own a box so next year will be a better year for it for me
GBA 8/10 sure it had alot of ports but it also saw (i think in my time frame (november to november) ) SFA3, Castlevania HoD, Tactics Ogre, Sonic Advance, Metroid Fusion not a bad list for a portable system, plus i picked up a bunch of GBC games on the cheap so i got some gaming through it that way too
over all the year gets am 8.125 which isnt bad at all
its actually been one of the best gaming years FOR ME since the SNES days
i kinda faded out of the scene during the middle of the PSX, N64, SS days so while i was still reading gamefan religiously i just didnt buy anything never had the money so i was kinda a spectator last generation and im back in full force this one YAY !

In order of me getting them:
PS2: 9. My favorite of the bunch. Not the most powerful, but with games like Maximo and VF4, it's got the best games.
Gamecube: 7. There aren't that many great games on it, but it has a handful of truly awesome games, plus the Wavebird rules.
Xbox: 7. Hardware wise, Microsoft designed a damn good piece of hardware. Not perfect, but damn good. The games are a little lacking, but there's some good stuff out there.
It is worth noting though, if a game came out on all three systems, I'd rather get the Xbox version. Dolby Digital sound in game is the best thing ever.

PS2: 8 - Best games, worst specs
GCN: 7 - Best blend of games and specs
GBA: 7 - Great games, small screen
Xbox: 5 - Best specs, worst lineup
-
I'll give scores cuz it's the in thing:
PS2: 8 (Games I like, controller I hate)
Xbox: 8.5 (Same as above, save for the controller. DVD is nice)
GC: 7 (Nothing that interests me, personally, game-wise)

I'm pretty darn happy with my Gamecube. Still logging in time with Smash Bros. Just can't get over that fact, over a year now. The game is just so damn fun. Oh, yeah and Metroid Prime is kick ass. Haven't beaten it yet though.
The 'box is actually getting pretty respectable. More and more good games keep coming out. I was one of it's biggest detractors early on, and now I wouldn't trade it for a whole house of Playmates. Ok, maybe just one house. With Panzer Dragoon Orta and Midtown Madness 3 coming up.. things just couldn't get any better.
If anything has been disapointing me lately it's my computer. NeverWinterNights ran fine through the tutorial and then developed a "every five minuets" crash. That and a lack luster UT2003 have left me spending zero time playing PC games these last couple months.

I don't have them all, but I will eventually... probably...
Anyway, my scores based on my impressions:
GBA: 8/10 -- There are so many great games. Sooo many. It's hard to keep up with. I just wish the D-pad didn't suck, that makes any games with diagonal movement (esp. isometric games) kinda annoying. Still, this is still the best system going by far.
PS2: 7/10 -- I'm a convert. I think the hardware is pretty bleh but the software lineup is quite impressive. PS2's popularity has resulted in plenty of niche-games I love so much.
XB: 4/10 -- The games look great.. but hardly any interest me - unfortunately. I'll pick one up eventually - unless JSRF/Orta get ported.
GCN: 3/10 -- Massive disappointment. I love the hardware, controller. The games look nice... but the software is non-existant for me. At least Xbox has a few AAA titles. I had high hopes for GCN.... I hope the future will be better for the cute little Cube. At least from my personal perspective.

PS2: 9 (excellent library of quality games)
GC: 7.5 (small selection of great games with great potential for 2003)
Xbox: 7.5 (small selection of great games with great potential for 2003)

PS2- This really is the best console on the market. Seriously, it is. The most bang for your buck. If I have to quantify, it's a 9/10.
GC- Good system getting better. But in all honesty, aside from Prime and Sunshine, the exclusives on this console don't hold a candle to the PS2's concerning my tastes. 8/10.
Xbox-If it wasn't for Sega and reduced prices (i.e. Buffy), the only game I'd have purchased for this console this year is Splinter Cell, which is in and of itself a masterpiece. 6/10.
I honestly can't see how one could argue against the PS2 being the best console out right now.

GBA:3/10 Dust gathering machine....
PS2:
Before Legaia 2: 2/10 Super expensive dust gathering machine, haven't touched it in 4 months, bought it for FFX. :\
After Legaia 2: 5/10 Legaia 2 rocks, though, I don't see a game I want't for a while after that
GC: 6/10 SSBM playing machine, it is one godly game if you have a famiily or friends to play against.
Xbox: I don't have it since no game on it interests me.
