The Official Dr. Phibes thread

The Abominable Dr. Phibes (1971) and it's sequel, Dr. Phibes Rises Again (1972) are two of the most weird, offbeat horror/black comedy movies ever made, starring horror legend Vincent Price as the mad doctor Anton Phibes. Another movie of note is Price's Theatre of Blood (1973), which is basically a Phibes movie, but instead of a mad doctor he plays a mad Shakespearean actor named Edward Lionheart. The premise is almost exactly the same as the Phibes movies, however. Anyone ever see these? All three movies are available on DVD in beautifully restored form from MGM's Midnite Madness label. I've see them at Best Buy all the time for $9.99 each.
