Your Desert Island Game

I've seen similar threads to this in the past, but not for quite some time.
You are stranded on a deserted island, what one game would you want for company...? This is assuming that you will be on the island for a very long time to come, maybe forever.

Rules are simple:

1. It must be a console game (Sorry PC fans)
2. You can't play online of course, via DC, or XBOX.
(So replay value is obviously a critical factor in your choice)


My choice would be Tetris (GB, or NES), this game has unlimited replay value, and it would keep my mind sharp & focused while playing.

**Runner UP** Dragon Force-My favorite Saturn game. I've only played through with Wein, and Mikhal, so playing through the game with the other characters would provide me with 100's more hours of somewhat original gameplay.

Tetris. Is there really another game that you could play for 50 straight years?

Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Vollyball. Best replay value evar.

A handheld might make most sense. At least you could pack batteries. What the hell are you going to plug the console into? A coconut? :p

Ahem.. anyway...

Sonic Mega Collection would be nice. You get a bunch of great games in one... including a Puyo Puyo rev and Ristar. NiGHTS would be cool but it may be just a bit too short. At least you can play for score. Maybe I'd take Sonic Adventure 2 and hope to win all 180 emblems before I died or went crazy and killed myself. :p

I think I'll take Sonic Mega Collection though... which is strange considering I don't have that game or any plans for it.



ps. If Seaman wasn't so freaking annoying I may have taken him to have someone to talk to.

pps. I would not go so far as to say I "hate" Tetris... but I am far from a fan. That game is super overrated. I can think of 15 puzzle games I'd take before it.
