Which would be cool for the MS3 port, no doubt, but if SNK/Playmore didn't bother to run half their DC ports in low-res, it doesn't leave me with much hope that they would do so on the PS2.

Frontal-lit, to be exact, which is a notable difference from a backlit handheld. Which is to say it has a light that can be shut on/off.Quote:

If emulators on a PC can emulate scanlines, I wouldn't think it'd be that hard to do it on a modern console.
Emulated scanlines look like S$&*#t. Even at 1600 X 1200 24 bit color.
