Well I have almost made it a hobby to actively seek out the absolute worst of the worst, and truthfully there's no way I can single it down. Among some of the worst include:
Alien Dead
Hobgoblins
Zombie Lake
Zombie Island Massacre.
All horror (or supposed to be at least), no suprise there. I love shitty horror movies, usually the worse the better, because one can find a shitload of entertainment/laughs out of a good old cheesy low budget horror film, but the ones I listed are just so mind numbingly horrible even I can't stand it.
Tomb Raider
The Mummy
Bevery Hills Cop 4 (where hes in the amusement park)
Mortal Kombat Anniliation
Those are the first four to pop into my head.
Most of the times I don't watch the entire movie to see if its bad.

The ORIGINAL Lord of the Rings... I mean those god awful animated ones
Almost an Angel (with Paul Hogan)
One of the Leprachaun movies (I forget which)
Splitting Heirs
Nothing But Trouble (With Chevy Chase, Dan Akroyd, Demi Moore and John Candy)
Nothing but Trouble is a fucking masterpiece.
Godzilla (1998 version). Dreadful.
There is Bad, like cheesy horror slasher movies or teenager T and A movies from the eightes which I love, but then there is bad.

Lost Highway. My god this movie sucks, and its not even a "well you don't get it" type of thing, this movie sucks, hard.
