i'm sure this has already been gone over, but i couldn't find the right thread w/ the info i need..
i'm just curious if anyone knows when the first of the 'greatest hits' line is supposed to be released..
the reason i ask is because i'm getting an xbox now, but i'm waiting for Halo to hit that magical price point before i get it, since i'm sure it'll happen soon..
I don't know if we'll be fortunate enough to see a price drop on Halo anytime soon, or at least until Halo 2 comes out.
It's STILL one of the top selling Xbox games at $50, although many stores have run it on sale for less, I got mine for $30 at Best Buy a while back.
So far the only GH title I remember that is coming is Max Payne, I plan on getting it when it hits the 19.99 new price.
i'd get it if i found it for $30... guess i'd better keep looking..
johnk_, keep checking the circulars for Best Buy, CC, and Target. The best price that I've ever seen for Halo was the $29.99 at BB a couple of months ago. :)

The new GMR has confirmed that the Xbox's Platinum Hits are- Project Gotham Racing, Amped, and Max Payne.
The mag didn't mention a date for when these prices would take effect.
