And we will see no further releases in this series from EA, thanks to its being axed. *sigh*Quote:

No! Not Westwood. Now I have no idea where I can get my FMV fix. (Although it looked like they were trying to finally move away from FMV with C&C Generals)
I really liked the campy humor of Red Alert 2. I was really hoping for a sequel, but now it looks like it will never happen. :(
No, EA at least can put out a good game on occassion.Quote:

Acclaim, on the other hand...
Acclaim put out Aggressive Inline, which is better than a year's worth of EA releases, especially considering half their releases are minor Sims add-ons.
And Acclaim doesn't flood the market w/ as much fodder. Sure, they put out their share of garbage, but its no where near the volume of EA.
EA is the fucking devil. Everytime I buy a PC game with their name on it I cringe.
Heh, this reminds me of when I bought the original Sims what seems like so long ago. I saw EA was publishing it and almost put it back down, but in the end decided to buy it anyway. Still unsure if I made the right choice, but the Sims were fun for a little while at least.Quote:
