Despair>Yea it was good...but it felt kinda clunky and the camera seemed like it easily got wonked out.
I'm still excited about the release and will probably end up checking it out.

Okay, I thought the same thing about having to slow down to do a stealth kill, but I discovered that you don't have to slow down at all. Simply run up behind the enemy, and at the last second hit the stealth and slash button at the same time. Once you get the timing down (it's not hard), the stealth kills work just as fast and smoothly as the first game using this meathod.Quote:

However, can someone tell me how to do the 'off the roof down to their skull' kill? I have no idea how.
Overall, I've been playing the Tenchu 3 demo constantly. I really like it, and I can't wait for March 5th.
Well, that's probably because it's a demo. Hopefully the full version of Tenchu 3 will have larger areas to explore.Quote:

Anyone notice there's a time limit to the T3 demo level? I hope there's not one in the full version...
Yes, the demo was very cool. Reminded me of Uprising X on the PS1, but good.Quote:
And I enjoyed the Battle Engine Aquila demo. Now I want to check out the Xbox version.
I can't imagine they'd have a time limit...it would kinda defeat the whole stealth aspect, while promoting "run in all recklessly" gameplay.
Holy shit, the hidden character Tesshu in Tenchu 3 has a stealth kill where he RIPS YOUR HEART OUT. Holy shit, that's cool.

Whoa ! Cool indeed :p
Kidnemo, I actually really liked the camera. Maybe just because I've been playing games with fixed camera lately(DMC2 and Rygar) or, one that has controllable camera that doesnt work that well(Shinobi), so I felt Tenchu 3 camera, that followed you, and never got in your way to be very good :p
Despair, will you or somebody please tell me how to to the fucking jump off the roof stealth kill in the Tenchu 3 demo? Please? :(
Well, It was DJ who did the move, and all he did was to jump on the top of unsespecting guard, and attacked him. I'm not sure if he only used Slash, or it was both Sladh and Stealth.
Ah, thank you. I'll try it tonight...
I actually liked the camera in Shinobi better.Quote:

It moved alot quicker, and didn't get stuck on stuff as often.
Given the enviorments in the two games are much different, not to mention Tenchu is only the demo so it could be cleaned up also.
I liked the camera in Tenchu 3. They give you a lot of control over it, which you need in a game like this.
