Definitely Halo 2, if they deliver on everything they promise like massively multiplayer online campaigns.

Nintendo has stated, that F-Zero(GC) will see simultanious release with the arcade game. You can use your Gamecube memory card at the arcade and supposedly it will open up new features.
Panzer Dragoon Orta, if picking from games that've already been released.
Otherwise, Halo 2. :)
