atlus announces disgaea

building up all week towards an announcement, today atlus USA revealed that their new game is disgaea, an SRPG by nippon ichi (developers of rhapsody.) this game isn't musical though, AFAIK.

i'm just irritated because it's the week SMT3 came out in japan, so i was really expecting an SMT3 announcement for US. what horrible, horrible timing to be total dick-teases about a new game announcement.

I want so badly to play an officially released, main series SMT game in English, and the SOBs refuse to deliver.

Atlus of America confuses me, they localize other companies games but not thier own most of the time...

But I was hoping that game would get released here so I'm happy :)

disgaia seems interesting, and i'll probably be more excited near release, but this is still a huge disappointment for me. i was really looking forward to smt3..

This is so bittersweet...I like Nippon Ichi, but I was looking forward to SMTIII so much more....guh. Damn you, Atlus. Thanks for Disgaea, but damn you.

Looks interesting but I'm too lazy to BabelFish it, so I'll look at it later.
