I still haven't played it. There isn't even a demo for it.
Interesting. While the graphics will never have the same feel as the original animation, it doesn't look too bad. A Wallace and Grommit game could be a lot of fun if done well. I also wonder if Nick Park was involved in the production.
Anyone ever try this? It's been out for a little while now, to mixed reviews.
Cheese, Grommit...Cheese!
Isn't the movie out in 2005 or something?
i played the demo. seemed like a super generic platformer. if it wasn't for the license, i would have paid no attention.
Very playable with decent graphics, sound, and control. Aside from the first level, the level layout and design is incredible, complex and challenging. For once, the ice level turns out to be the best one in the game.
And it's just seriously fun to walk around and shoot the place up with a porridge minigun.
Main complaint is that the game is a rather short. Playing it seriously, I beat it with a few days to spare during a rental. But I didn't complete more than one of the insanely hard hidden bonus rounds, and missed out on more than half the coins, which unlock clips from the Wallace & Gromit shorts and another obscure Aardman short (which, regretably, I wasn't able to unlock).
Yes. It should rule. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0312004/Quote:
