Supper (Dinner) Time!
Alrighty, a different thread. So what's everyone's favorite meal? Who cooks here?
I'm partial to pizza or mexican food, myself. When I cook, I like to make chili or something moderately simple. Add too much tobasco sauce and you have the best meal ever.

Fried reindeer, garlic mashed potatoes with a beef-stock gravy and a pint of Chimay/La Trappe Ale.

Geez, where to begin...
Mexican food is overall my favorite type of cuisine. New Mexico-style Hatch chile burros, chile rellenos, and cheese enchiladas; Sonoran-style albondigas soup, Pacific fish tacos, the list goes on.
I also love curries of all kinds, especially Thai.

Pizza is my favorite "common" food (in that I can eat it all the time), but Korean food is my favorite food overall... I cant eat it all the time cause, you know, Im not Korean... but it's still awesome.

A good, rare ribeye steak broiled on a grill with a bit of pepper and salt is basically all I need to eat. I've got pretty varied tastes, but most days I eat meat fairly exclusively - if I had to choose one thing, it'd be a steak, every time.

My favorite food would have to be seafood of most any kind. Can't beat blackened Mahi Mahi. :D
I cook and can make about 90% of what I like provided I have the right ingredients. The 10% encompasses Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese of which I have no idea how to cook, but plan on learning.

Im not sure what my favorite food is, but if I could have one thing right now it would be some fried Soft Shelled Crab.

Hmmm, some favorite dinners of mine...
Chicken-Fried Steak w/ cream gravy or drippings gravy, mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, rolls, and a pilsner of black-as-night Oatmeal Stout.
Home-grilled hamburger with all the fixings and homemade fries, and some beer (red ale or Grolsch are nice).
Roast turkey (or baked ham) w/ dressing, rolls, cranberry sauce, potatoes, and Gewurztraminer wine (one of the few meals I drink wine with).
Mexican food. I'm not that peculiar about types; if it tastes good and wasn't prepared in a shithole, SERVE IT! Though I am partial to fajitas. Too bad Mexican beer fucking sucks...
Despite being Texan, I'm not that much for steaks, but a tender, well-seasoned one is hard to beat with roast potatoes, sauteed onions, and beer. One wonders why steak costs so fucking much out here (at least if I don't cook it myself) when I'm nearly hitting cows when driving down backroads...
I cook whenever I can (though the opportunity doesn't come along often), but most of what I cook is basically simple, "down-home" stuff. I am pretty good with a crockpot or a soup kettle; most of my soups tend to get a positive reaction (esp. my 15-bean sausage soup/stew). Until I finally get out on my own I'm not really going to be able to do much specialized cooking, though. :/

Tuna Steaks! A big ol' slab of Tuna cooked to perfection makes me purr. I just love tuna.
I also really like ribs and steaks and other types of Animal.
I am a big fan of Ramen noodles, quick, easy, and yummy.
Mashed Potatoes also really warm my belly.
And you can't go wrong with a Sourdough Hamburger.

Eel sushi, tofu sushi (the kind that looks like pig nuts), mackerel (sp?) sushi, candy corn, and imitation crab. Hmmm. What a combo!
