(me, I am tired, I'll post mine later this week but I'll say for now I am happy I got a copy. Received only 6 units and thankfully only one person reserved ensuring I could get one for myself) :)
I got this today as well.. and it is freaking great. The sound, is aswome, and gameplay is great.. It seems almost all the goodies from psx/saturn are still here.. Like Sakuras full japanese song, while not great quailty still a nice lesten..
i wonder if they included the Rockman 8 preview movie..
Well, I assume this thread isn't only referring to the GBA version. It sounds like an inferior port, with nothing added, so, I'm not too excited about it. I might buy it for my g/f though, since she's currently hooked on my PS version.
Personally, I like Donovan. Now, Ken is probably the best character, but he has no style, and everyone picks him. I would use Ryu, but he's a puzzle-fighter chump. Akuma and Devilot battles are always wars of attrition (especially against Ken) since it's hard to fill your opponent's screen with their reduced drop rate, especially if your opponent has proper defenses up. So, I find Donovan is my best balance, plus just looks damn good beating on his opponent.

Gee Fury. I am disappointed in you. ;) :lol: I nNever expected prejugmental comments from you before at least playing the handheld yourself. (Granted, it would've been nice to have a few NEW set of charcters in the mix) :)
It's a solid port for what it's worth. (Heh, it even has that sparkly Capcom animation throw in there at the beginning). There are two additional modes which appear to be totally new, not sure what they are and I don't want to hit GameFAQs to find out. I'd like to be suprised. If you're looking for enjoying this game on the go. You owe it to yourself to pick it up for the GBA.
Donovan's really good. Ken owns because he truly is the best character. (damn red gems.).

Are the two additional game modes you speak of Y and Z mode from the dreamcast version? If you haven't played the DC one, Y is like columns while Z is like tetris attack.
I believe they are....someone's bound to unlock them before me (or check for another reference). I didn't have much of an opportunity to explore the game at work.
I'm not buying till they add Jon Talbain :p
I already have the Sega Saturn version.

I deffinetly need an SP to play this game
I tried it on my regular GBA and i have a hard time telling the difference bettween some of the colors theyre way way way way close in shade
but i play it on my friends GBA SP with the light on and i dont have any problems at all telling the colors apart
this may be put on the side till i get an SP
