Basically, it got a low score because it can already be found cheaper on every other console.
Upon reading it again, the piece was on how disorienting the change in perspective of the static background with fixed camera is.
I think he or she just wrote this in a confusing manner.
I wrote the review in question (Clock Tower 3 that is), and I beat the game before I wrote it.
