Ew. Um, I have no problems with a voodoo doll as a character, but that's easily the worst-looking voodoo doll I've ever seen. Even a purely generic sock doll would've been so much better, that thing is hideous.
I wonder how it plays.

...I still like it.
Reminds me a bit of Evil Twin, though that's hardly the most encouraging of memories to be channeling.
The character design looks like any other cutesified mascot type. I can't hate or like it since I'm completely indifferent to that now very cliche style. I also don't really know of any recent mascot character design that is any better.
It all just depends on how it plays. If the game sucks, then the character sucks. If the game is a blast to play, then he's a cool character.
Before writing it off as "just another platformer", keep in mind it is by Ron Gilbert of Lucasarts adventure game fame.
Personally, I think it looks great and complements Tim Schafer's Psychonauts perfectly.
I don't know what it is about classic Lucasarts adventure game designers going Xbox platform developers but I like it.
I agree. Those screens make me that much more optimistic.Quote:

I tryed to pick up a copy of this month's Play but it wasn't in yet. I ended up buying the Rayman 3 cover. Nice mag. Tak and the Power of JuJu looks cool, too. Even though it's Nickalodeon.
that's enough for me to keep an eye on it from here on out. thanks for the info.Quote:

IMO it's because the scavenger hunt formula is awful.Quote:
