You need to complete all the Offline Quests. You can do this in any playing mode so if you want to get it over quick, do it in normal mode.

After you have all the quests finished, Load up the quest'Dr. Osto's Research' Find a FOnewman in the City wandering near the Medical office, *he's wearing a funny hat*, make sure the head is on your person, talk to him and then give him the head, he will make of course a Hildablue's cane out of it and then you can just store the cane in the bank and either quit or Save the game or cancel the quest.

you do not want to play worms on the dc, i played exactly 3 rounds that actually connected. the wormnet or whatever it was called was hideously unreliable.

A Spread Needle is usually a Purplenum Ultimate Drop. So if you feel like doing a hunt for a certain rare then you need to have the person with the proper ID make the Ultimate game seeing as his ID dominates what monsters will drop what.

In this case it's an Ultimate Ruins drop from a creature called a Merlan.

And yes I have a few but they are more for laughs than anything. I have a ton of shit i found on my own that kicks the shit out of what was passed to me.

Example being a Chaos Vulcan +9. It;s a 9 Star Uncommon Rare with %s as follows.

0% Native
40% A.Beast
0% Machine
50% Dark
40% Hit

btw as of this post I now have only 3.6 Million exp to go for Level 200. :D
