Return to Castle Wolfenstein xbox *official*

So its finally going to arrive in less than a week. I for one am excited. But I'm also a little worried about Online. Hopefully it runs well.

I liked the way the PC game was structured online. Teams were fun. I also like that one asshole couldnt ruin a whole game. If your own teammate killed you you had a choice to file acomplaint against them. If they got enough complaints they were booted out. I also like how the game handled respawns. Once killed you had to wait with everyone else who died for a "spawn" timer to expire then everyone who was waiting would come back at once. That way if your team kicked the other teams ass you had enough time to capture bases/secure documents. Its really a great system. Plus I for one enjoyed the 1 player game. I really cant wait to play the co-op mode. The demo was promising.

So, whos in? I'll be online hopefully this Wed. ALL DAY! Unless it runs like total fucking ass....ala Clone Wars. :D

I liked the demo of it in OXM, not enough to spend $50 on the full game though.

I know it was early, and I found it fun, but still not fun enough to warrant a $50 purchase.

rentalsofar,my friend loved the pcversion, but i will have to see how the console controller handles. there is interest though,especially if we get a community here going.

The PC version was really fun, too many other games right now to warrant a purchase. I will probably end up picking it up at some point however.

Does anyone know if there is a co-op mode or what the non-live multiplayer options are??

Frostwolf, going by the demo, the controls are pretty decent. They take a little getting used to, but they get the job done nicely.

Demo controls were great. Turn off auto aim though.


Offline there is co-op.
Not sure if theres any actual 2-4 player modes though.

Well, they actually picked one of the most confusing levels ( factory ) for the demo.

If anything, I would have picked that level in the church in which you have the showdown with the female guard.

EvilMog, I agree with you on the auto-aim thing. It makes things nearly impossible to hit right where you want.
