Anyone played this yet? I'm going to download the demo tonight(slow modem).

This one is being developed by Ritual(Sin, FAKK2) instead of Raven who did the first game. The Star Trek license does nothing for me but I'm always up for a good FPS.
Too bad Ritual sucks. SiN was awful and Heavy Metal FAKK2 was even worse. While this could end up being good Im not holding my breath, especially since I think the highly-overrated, ego-the-size-of-Al-Roker-before-stomach-stapling, just-look-at-his-name-to-see-what-a-pompous-ass-he-is Levelord is on the case.
Sin only looked bad because Half-Life came out around the same time. I liked FAKK2 quite a bit so I have some faith.
SiN only looked back because it was bad. I actually played the whole game through because there was nothing good out at the time I bought it. The story was vaguely interesting, but the gameplay was really lacking.
Only played the demo of FAKK2, which was enough to keep me far away from the retail product.
Whats with the FAKK2 hating... jeez.. its a very good action game!! people here are too damn picky. And because FAKK2 was a good game I'm hoping Ritual did a good job with Elite Force 2 (the first being an excellent game). Since I'm on 56K I cant download the demo..so I hope the demo shows up on some future PC Gamer disc.
