Finest Final Fantasy?

I've left out Tactics/ Adventure/ Mystic Quest and all of the spin offs. And the first 3 are not included for obvious reasons.

Eight. I know you guys hate it, but it did something for me. Outside of the crap plot and unbelievable story devices, I liked the game.

I voted for 3. I was going to vote for 2, but the dialogue in that game isn't as great.

i predict that quite a few people are going to want to pick final fantasy 1. not me, though.. i'd say 3/6j, despite the world of ruin. and maybe 7, which is directly responsible for getting me back into videogames after a two year hiatus.

I'll say 7. I know the majority of people here will say 6/3, but I believe 7 is Final Fantasy's finest hour. 10 is pretty close too....

I also have to go with 7 everything of that just clicked with me. From the story to the music I loved every minute of that game.

FFVII and FFX. FFIV and FFVI come close though.

FF7 was great, but 3/6 is the best in my eyes
It has better pacing and less filler.

VII is probably my favorite although I haven't played much of X yet(waiting for price drop).
