Video game addiction (gasp!)

Someone around here on TNL put it best... "Mothers Against Actual Parenting" (MAAP). That MAAP banner was pure gold. Since I couldn't find it on my HD, I made up a new one to share.

Watch children only be allowed to play for 20 minutes a day... that's not long enough to finish most games. I can see Suzy Soccermom standing over little Jimmy with the ol' egg timer.

The fact that they link to MAVAV and acknowledge it as a real site is mud on their face. WGRZ-TV is 0wnZor3d by their own ignorance. :lol:

LOL that's hilarious. Now that MAVAV has been mentioned by NBC (an affiliate) it is now completely and totally FACT to people. I love how they have merchendice now too.

"Digital Drug?!:wtf:" This is the same shit that they used to try and ban the Pokemon CCG. Claiming that it was giving children the right to gamble.

I once saw a report in some paper where doctors said that there was a clear link between games and violence. Aparantly they had hooked a bunch of wires and shit to some kid and had him play Tomb Raider. Once he got "into the game" his blood preasure rose and be became "visably tense."

the logical next step is a GAM (Gamers Against Mothers) site...
