I rommed it to see what it was like, but I didn't even get to the golfing part because there was too much yapping in Japanese. I'm really looking forward to the US release, though. Seems like the story mode is pretty involved.

eeek!
Forgot this should be out soon, woo!
6-22 I think.
yeah, it has as much dialog in the beginning as Golden Sun- maybe more. At the main screen pick the icon to the right to play a normal round of golf.Quote:

played the trial version. it's hot. i'll probably pick it up this week, and i don't even like golf games.
it's like a huge golden sun minigame. everything about it screams golden sun. character sprites, backgrounds, overworld map, music, sound effects.. even the little emoticons. the only thing it's missing is the long and boring story.
while i only played a round, the actual golfing is slick. nice presentation and interface. if you don't know what you're doing, there are lots of training modes and tutorials. there's even a glossary with dozens of golf term definitions.
I take it you never played the excellent GBC Mario Golf.Quote:

/me wishes Nintendo would give DK a new game, especially because Rare is gone.Quote:
