Had the PC for two weeks. Got it from www.cyberpowerpc.com.
The RAM on the video card is bad, the power supply died only after a few days, we still haven't seen the replacement parts or our 'free' on-site help, and one of the techs is stealing large amounts of money off the credit card.
Yeah, go me.

I'd say total custom with alienware case. Power users know their hardware better then the overpriced garbage brand-names sell these days.
I'm a bit of a cheater too. Bought a $75 pen II awhile back and only saved the bits to upgrade the hardware, now I'm up there with a 2mhz athlon running a geforce4 at under $700 baby!! :D
I can't wait to see what I add-on in the next upgrade :p
