Only the big series do this though. I wouldn't consider SMT: Nocturne, Namco's own Venus & Braves, or the Nippon Ichi games to have generic plots.Quote:

Any tricks for getting high grade points at the end of combat? I'm like 10 hours in and just leveling up, still haven't unlocked team moves yet, but the most grade pts I've been getting are like 2... and that's a no damage (for my team) battle...
P.S. I like the way all members get exp points even if they don't fight...

The Undine and Luna art sketches are real nice.Quote:

There are always enemies but you can easily avoid 99% of them if you choose. You will occasionally have to fight as every once in a while an enemy will run up to you real fast.Quote:

Inside dungeons you can clear a room but if you walk into another room and come back they'll respawn. On the world map they'll continuously reappear.Quote:

About ten hours in now and lovin' it. I'm just now getting completely used to the battle system though. Of course, I tend to be pretty dumb about stuff like that.
One thing that pisses me off is how you'll get into a story fight without any real warning. They expect you to know that talking to this person or walkig down this particular hallway will lead to a fight or some story and a fight. Where's the, "Make the preperations you need and come back when you are ready to do whatever it is Im allowing you to do."? I've had to make up a bunch of time because of crap like that.
Still, battles are fun like whoa, I love the graphics(there's your #10 Roufuss), and its just really charming overall. It's just what I was hoping to be, maybe a little more.
Well, I wish monsters didn't respawn, but your saying this now gives me the ability to play the game. I might have no check it out.Quote:
