Not only that, will the meeting be during E3? Or is there another plan to hang out afterwards? Or both?

Out of curiosity, what is everyone's schedule? I'll be arrving mid-day on the 20th, and leaving the morning of the 26th. So if anyone wants to hook up and go to an arcade or whatever in the meantime, that would be cool.

I'd imagine we all have to eat, right? So maybe the best bet would be to pick one night during the week and all head to a Chili's-type restaurant and take the place over, after the convention closes. I'd love to go out to a bar, too, but that obviously doesn't include everybody.

the E3 hang out last year was the evening before the first day of E3 i think. But usually that's when it will be, evening, after the a day of E3 or the day before, because during the show is just too hectic...hell it's hard enough trying to meet a friend at a specific booth and time, everything just goes to shit. But seriously though, again, I live like 30 minutes to an hour away from the convention center, so if anyone arriving early wants to hang out and play some games at my pad I'd love to meet some of you and hang out. man, I can't wait...E3's gonna rock. =) I can't wait to see what secret titles will debut. Plus Episode II AND Spiderman...all in the same month.

I think it would have to be the first day of show, or later. Not everyone will be arriving a day or two before E3. Werewolf, for example, is arriving the morning of the 22nd. I'd like everyone to be there for the big get-together. Friday is also a bad day. Some poeple are leaving Friday night so that wouldn't work.

Here are exhibit hours for Wed, Thurs, and Friday.

Wed: 10am - 6pm
Thurs: 9am - 6pm
Fri: 9am - 4pm

Wednesday and Thursday night seem to be the best choices for everyone.

Heh, would anyone happen to be looking for a roommate for the nights of the 20, 21, 24, and 25? :sweat: Maybe someone lives close and I could spend the night? :sweat: 'Dem hotels are expensive. :mad:

Look at the Stillwell Hotel, while not a Hilton or Holiday Inn in terms of prestige (sp), it is a good place to stay at a good price.

Kind of wished I knew at the time I would have come the 21st and left the 25th if I knew I could get the time off, I could if I didn't already have my airfare... can't change it now :rolleyes:

Do you have wheels? :) I'd love to go to Golfland or something on Monday...(my flight arrives around 2pm PST) but, it would have to be after the team and I get out of the Xbox E3 Press conference which is running from about 5-7 I believe.

I can relay more info later.
