nope, I'm out. Why?
Timers in games and all timed events. I hate when you have to perform a task in a certain amount of time. You run out of time and you have to do it over and over again.
Save Points - All games should allow you the option of using their predetermmined save points or you can have the abilitiy to save anywhere.
Random Encounters in RPGS, it never makes sense that you clear out a room only to get a random enounter or better yet the randon encounters put in Skies of Arcadia ,that game pushed me over the edge

Also, I hate loading screens. I don't care how fun the game is it's not worth staring at a little bar moving ever so slowly towards it's goal on the other side of the screen. At the very least give me some cheesy shooter, racer or otherwise game to pass the time. My fucking Atari 2600 didn't load so why the hell should my PS2? The NGC does it best with the quicker loading times but it's still unaccpetable, espically on ports.

Hey Six, I am not the most technical guy but I think your Ps2 is dealing with a little more code than your Atari 2600. But you may of figured that out already
Games that don't have any unlockable features to them, or not enough when obviously more could've been done, that bugs me a lot. They give a sense of achievement in games where sometimes a high score isn't applicable.
Lack of volume options, lack of customizable controls, and most importantly, backtracking. Gah.
-Unskippable cut scene's
-Unskippable cut scene's the first time through
-Camera's that try to be, "cinematic."
-Losing one of those Xbox controller thingy's on Halo night
-The fact that everyone I have ever played on Xbox live is from the south, (though admittedly, those dudes have been cool)
-Hackers! OMG THEY ARE SO AWESOME HOW THEY CHEAT TO WIN LIKE EDDIE GUERREO!
-The fact that with all these liscensed soundtracks, no one has ever put The Boss into a game.
Final bosses that are cheating or ridiculously powerfull (CvS2, KOF etc)
1, Lack of volume options. If the background music is ghastly and making me feel ill I would like to be able to turn it off. Sonic Adventure 2 is a prime example of this. :(
2, Unskippable text. Sometimes you are playing the game or a part of the game again. Don't make me have to read through 10 minutes of text before starting a level. That's what the damn Start Button is for. Use it. The most recent example of this I can think of is Megaman Zero.
