Normal game-
* Kenshin Himura (765)- 3,104,820 - stage 8
Stage 8 gets rough- the P icons start to thin out somewhat here, and it's easy to lose your ships in a New York Second especially if your powered up ship goes kaput.
Man. i leave the board for a few days and my score is dwarfed. I'll have to play this tomorrow.
While I'll have a lot of work to do to catch up with NEOGEOman, I've gotten myself a very respectable score in 2 Minute Mode:
672,950
My wife would like to post her normal game score:
Zumi: 1,497,250, level 4
You guys should be playing with the hori pad (i'm sure some of you are). My scores literally doubled when I switched to it.
I have two hori pads, one was gutted to make the neo stick adaptor, the other is unused since I got this:

I'm probably going to get that scII stick, even though i have about 4 other good sticks. Does the DC agetec stick have sanwa parts? If so, are they the same as the ones in the scII stick? Does the ps2 scII hori stick with the the ps2 adaptor for GC?
You're latest video is nice- a big improvement over your first. I didn't realize until watching your video that you need to have the ship speed at 4 in order to collect as much stuff as possible. It's so obvious, but it didn't occur to me for some reason.
I don't use speed 4 to collect more stuff (tho that is a side effect), I do it to kill more baddies. Right at the start with the right-then-left columns of green ships it's REALLY hard to make any kind of timing error and still make the left side if your speed is set to 3.
I just wish the game would remember to set the speed, I often forget and it throws me way off trying to reach the button later.
Also, the SC stick has a weird button arrangement, no doubt to suit the buttons of Soul Calibur.

I recently picked one up for someone who wanted this changed to a more friendly SS/Ika arrangement, and it's easy to do. If you want info I can provide pics.
It's a good stick, same as hori's other stuff, but prettier. As for PS2 adaptors, I've never used it.
It's a shame there's no key config in SS. :(Quote:
