I DLed it and ran a scan. There were 162 new objects. I checked the list and there was plenty of crap (fucking Gatorware!) but there were also somethings I couldn't identify. To be safe, I quarantined everything instead of just deleting them.
How do I know what to delete and what to keep? The help option isn't that good (big surprise).
I see no real reason why you should be worried about whether to delete whatever Ad-aware finds or not. Get rid of whatever it finds.
Also you can try another spyware program which is great (and free) called Spybot. Its quite good and has plenty of options to play with.

I always get rid of whatever both ad-aware and spybot finds. I use them right when I'm about to sleep to make sure nothing is left on my pc. I have never had any conflict with these programs.
Alot of what may have been found were probably cookies.
ie: Stuff that helps websites customise ads to you.
Good to delete anyways, even if they return as soon as you visit sites again.
Also for some reason it finds WMP registry key info (it's also safe to delete, AFAIK... don't really use WMP since Winamp 2.9x can handle video).
As what Kenshin stated..most were cookies found in your Documents folder. They are all safe to delete. You can view the names of the files, and computer illiterate person like me, even knows its spyware :D
