Maybe if Madden had missed a year like they did when Gameday was first released, Sega would have toppled them when they debuted NFL2K. But EA wasn't dumb enough to let that happen again. But I agree, early Gameday and Faceoff games were pretty incredible (never messed with Gamebreaker though).
the character models look so much better in the sega sports games, madden looks to disney for me
If you want to be considered a football sim, then yes, it must be included. If you think the refs, modeled realistically if they make mistakes, made a mistake, you challenge it.
You can't say "well my game is hyper-realistic" if you don't model that.
I got my Xbox copy today.
The first game I played online, I got to like, the second possession, and it said "A divergence had been ditected, and gameplay cannot continue, if it is a ranked game, it will not count." Then, it went to a black screen that said "Unregistering game" and it's been frozen there for ten minutes.
Also, in the crib, they have old Sega soundtracks (like the music from JSRF) but I can't seem to get any of the music to play in the crib. Anyone know which button to press?
Also, I unlocked the sumo guy from VF3 as a free agent.
