OMFG Off Topic, Korly check pm's.
I got my xbox in the february after launch so its close to the first ones and the music works.
I'll stick some more songs in and see if it still does i dont have 125 in right now.
Thats lame they took out 720p mode...I wondered why it wasn't displaying on my TV. :(
I love the receivers not droping the ball and wetting themselves if they get hit by a DB now. I understand why they did it in 2k3, but its so much nicer now.
Alright, I tried it out and no luck.Quote:

I added two CD's, and now have 130 and Crib music still works.
I hooked up my old shitty XBox (launch system), and Crib music works on that too; I've only got 70 songs on that, though.
I'd chalk it up to a defective copy.
Did I mention it really sucks they took out 720p? :(
Well, it's a really stragne defective copy then, since it works fine on my friends Xbox, and it doesn't work on mine. Also, it's my second copy of the game, and my first copy did this too.Quote:

If you had a lot of songs on your old Xbox, and it still worked, then I'd be pissed. But I really think that it just can't deal with old Xboxes that have a lot of music on them.
Soooo... we've got a copy of ESPN Football 2004 in my house, the first time a recent non-arcade sports game has touched my hands (I prefer the insanely cheap last year version, which go as low as $1 at GS). A roomie then decided to pick up Madden 2004 because of some implied competition at a local college, so we got to do some contrast and compare.
First impressions of ESPN: We like it, especially four-player. It's not incredible, but it's fun, looks good, generally plays well (sometimes some problems with throwing), and doesn't do anything wrong. It's nice and solid, really just a good game in every way. The imbalance among the teams gets really screwy, but we make due.
Then we played Madden. We all agreed on two things: We shouldn't have played ESPN first, and Madden is utter crap. I'm sorry to any Madden fans but that game has only one redeeming value which is create-a-character. The graphics are bad in every sense with pathetic textures, low poly counts, horrible animation, and fat men that look like parade ballons instead of people. The collision detection is random as hell and has overly big hit boxes on defenders, with the added bonus of tackled characters sometimes bouncing off a diving opponent and continuing to run just fine. Everything about this game is sloppy, shoddy, and inferior. It's also frozen for a minute and then later on decided to crash, something ESPN has managed to refrain from just fine. I also don't like the controls as much as they offer much less direct control of the players and it seems unfinished. How the hell did this become the current most popular football game? It's ass.
But ESPN is cool. A bit slow, but cool. Makes us want to play football, which we'll go do once my hand has healed.
Select the "performance EQ" option then.Quote:

On the options menu, turn the game speed to 'fast' that will make the players a bit faster; not too much, but enough. When you get the neverending juice cheat then it will be kicky fast.
Didn't see that. Pimp.Quote:

The cool thing about most modern sports games is that they're customizable to just about any experience you want.
I unlocked Ryo Hazuki and Beat as free agents. w00t!
