Uh, I'm not sure, but I think MVS is trying to say that after the first attack on the WTC with car bombs, some Americans in power put explosives at the base in case something like this ever happened, so they could detonate them and prevent the towers crashing at an angle and destroying half of the city. At least that's what I make of it.
I always thought the conspiracy theroies regarding Tupac's death were interesting, but I don't buy the theroy where he is alive but in hiding.

Personally, it's not going to affect me one way or the other if she finally gets done for it, but I do think that any person that is killed deserves justice, be they unknown or famous.
