Mustard and ketchup, LOTS of ketchup. There should be at least as much ketchup as there is hot dog. Usually I'll just cut up some dogs and pour them in a bowl of ketchup. Mmmm, ketchup.

I'm highly disapointed that there is no option for a Montréal style hotdog. Montréal is famous for it's hotdogs. Mustard + relish + chopped onion. Sometimes it is also served with some sort of coleslaw / cabbage variation.

dirty water dogs own all your other dogs. the water saved up from previous days/weeks/months/years adds to the overall flavor and aroma like no other. sure you could get royally sick, but that's the price you pay for the great taste of an authentic NYC dirty water dog. MmMMmm....!!!
