It'd be easier to just dump everything I do every few months into here, so I will.

Eleventh

I drew these straight away with a sharpie marker. The first one is how my pics usually end up when I do this(I use the thick marker as an opportunity to draw blood), I really like the second one and was a bit scared drawing the face since it's so hard to get thin lines, and the third one didn't come out how I wanted, so I took that as a sign to stop drawing.

Haven't had much time to work on decent illustrations because of that competition, as well as a few other things. But after this week I ought to be fine.

Seventh:

short comic made for Comic strip steel cage death match competition. It just started. As I type this I don't know if I made it past the first round. Wouldn't be surprised if I didn't though. The topic for the first comic was "a video game titled Monkey Whore " and I really had a lot of trouble trying to think of anything funny related to it.

Painting I just finished a moment ago. Its a girl with some food walking through a busy street. I've been drawing these characters(her, and the two guys on the lower right) for years now. example from 2001.Still haven't done anything with them, though I'm slowly working on it.

Third:

I picked up some watercolors earlier this week and did this the night that I got them. I like the way it came out, except for the window on the top right.And her head. I needed some white paint to handle that the way I would have liked to, but there wasn't any in the store when I picked up the supplies.

wow, the bubble girl pieces just puts a big smile on my face. they're cute and would work well for a children's book. i like the look of the first, but the tone of the second just really catches my attention more.

I'm tempted to give the Paint treatment to your last one, and change the bat to a cock...

rezo, that is excellent stuff. I especially like the first and third ones, but they are all good. I agree with AV that it would work well in a children's book too. :)

The top two seem kinda melancholy. I like them though, in fact, I like them alot.

There are stories to go with these?

Not much of a story really. It was going to be a series of illustrations, and I was thinking of throwing in a small amount of verse to go along with them, though I probably won't.

Those look like children's book illustrations. Except for the last one. As 88 implied, it's a little weird with her like that. I love the first 2 though.

Yeah, I noticed it while still doing the rough outline of her body. I was in a hurry though(I try to get everything done before class finishes, even though I usually don't) and just left it as is.
Some girls ought to sit like that. Sure sure. Because she's a tomboy or somesuch. =\

My thoughts exactly. Yeah i think you would make a better book childrens illustrator. I think you could lose the animeish feel in the faces though. This is good stuff man. First two are better than the last one though.
