Alien 3 was really cool, infact, I'm watching right now. Alien 4 was good, until I saw the Alien/Human Hybrid.
As for Alien 5, I would like see:
1. Marines Vs Aliens (All out war)
2. Prequel to Alien (space jockey making the Aliens)
3. A plot in which going to the Alien homeworld
They should make Alien 5 as the Alien vs Predator movie. Make it intense like Alien 2 and we'd have a winner. Alien 2 is probably the scariest and most intense movie I've ever seen. If Alien 5 is like that I think we'd all be happy.
Actually, I'd like to see one to Aliens with Riply's daughter taking the role. The way I see it, I'm pretty sure Weyland covered her history as she's likely to have encountered the same horror her mother did (think about it, she gives up trying to figure out what happened to her and pretty much ends up in the same line of work, but also discovers the same planet.... and dissapears.).Quote:

Giger worked on Alien 3. Best reason why it's the second-best film in the series - that and David Fincher. Alien is supposed to be about mood, not action.
I really want to see the Alien 3 workprint. Any official word on the DVD set coming to the States yet?
Aliens vs. Predator = :yuck: No matter who works on it.
Actually, I think the predators fit in nicely with the franchise. The way they'd work best is to "fit" them in with the storyline while keeping the film centered on the style that worked with aliens and nothing like the last two.Quote:

Aliens was the perfect end to Ripley's story. Too bad Sigourney had to be in 3. They could have continued the story without killing Newt and Hicks. And then Ripley dies and they STILL bring back Ripley as a clone. I love Ripley but she shouldn't be the be all end all of the saga, stop worrying about star dollars and just give us a great new set of characters. Ripley is spent.
Exactly, the creators of Aliens think that what brings people to see the movies are Ripley. What brings me to the movie is The Aliens, thats all.Quote:
