Let's not forget the elderly, here in the sprawling necropolis of johnstown i have nearly been tagged several times by elderly drivers who barely could see over their dashboards and were still using pre-civil war era right of way protocols.
Off topic, do any of you live in a place that will allow you to drive without car insurance?
I remember somebody who wasn't from Jersey told me once that they didn't need car insurance to drive where they are from, and I looked at them as if they had three heads.
