Things you're ashamed to enjoy.

Well, I'm a little embarrassed to admit it, but I tickle myself silly when I do it..

I'm an SNK fanboy. I work in a corporate tax office and work in a Dilbert-type environment, with endless rows of cubicles and all the big wigs have window offices lining the walls.

Many times, if I'm walking down the hall or in the john, I'll say out loud "Haoh Sho Ko Ken!" (complete with proper body form) picturing some huge explosion ripping down the corridor and creating a pile of rubble at the end of the hall, or I'm walking down the row of cubicles to my desk and do a pretend-Power Geyer, imagining all the cubicles being blown to pieces and falling to the ground.

Once, while in the elevator by myself, I burst out making Godzilla's trademark bellow and pretending to shoot atomic flame from my mouth, when the door opened and 2 very corporate (and very HOT!!) chicks stepped on.

Here we go.....

1. I'm also a disney channel fan; Even Stevens, Lizzy, Boy Meets World are all great shows. And I love Noogin; Degrassi TNG, Radio Free Roscoe & Daria all rock.

2. I like DBZ a lot, although DB is the better of the 2 series. I've got almost all of DBZ on VHS (missing the last saga) & everything of DB on DVD so far (and I'll have the whole series when its released. And all of both Mangas released so far by Shonen Jump. Oddly enough I'm not really into GT.

3. I've read over 30 Buffy & Angel novels. I'm a total fanboy for the whole "buffyverse"

4. RTS games are fucking awesome and I love playing them but I'm so horrible at playing them online it isn't funny. I guess I just don't get the whole online dynamic of them.

That is cool,when i am running register and have a big,hostile line , i will sometimes ,if they seem oblivious, say RAFOI loudly, and let the image form in my head, though lately i have also been imagining the force lightning(level 3) from jedi academy.

I think anbody who was ever a fan of fighting games has either done something like that or imagined something like that. I remember when i was visiting my father in 1994, while he was talking a shit, i did a dragon punch and broke that glass casing that protects most light bulbs. That was embarassing as hell. Sometimes, at work I come up with my own fighting game moves and imagine myself doing it and destroying all the cubicles that are bigger than mine.

I think it kind of sucks that there are an inhuman amount of RTS games on the PC, but for the life of me I can't get into them when I play them. But as stupid as it sounds, I like watching someone else play them. One of those genres where the supply of games is near endless.
