As stated above, if you don't like what's on offer for Nintendo's hardware, perhaps you should play elsewhere. Is it that much of a dilemma?

In your opinion, maybe. Look at Konami's Castlevania: LoI, simply and ok game. TMNT is, well, crap to be honest. Square's FFX and X-2, Unlimited Saga, and Crystal Chronicles, all basically suck. Capcom's dropped the ball on some of their titles. And Sega, oh my beloved Virtual On, what more can I say? It's like they ripped my heart out when they released this turd.Quote:

Final Fantasy X is awesome. STFU. And while Sega did release a turd of a Virtual On game, their other games are pretty good right? I mean wasn't there a time when Sega released "classics" like DeCap Attack, Green Dog Surfer Dude, and Pat Riley Basketball along with the games everyone actually remembers from the early 1990s?
It's all perspective dude. And before you say "its all perspective" regarding Nintendo... its easy to track their decline because all of their franchise games are worse now than they were 5 or 10 years ago.
Umm, nope sorry. F-Zero GX, Metroid Prime, and SSMB:M seem to shatter your theory.Quote:

F-Zero GX? You mean the game that Sega made?
Metroid Prime is good and all but it does not compare to Super Metroid (which is the greatest game ever). Yes I realize it's hard to top perfection but Super Metroid is just plain old better than Prime.
Super Smash Brothers is for retards. No thanks on that one.
No I mean the game that Nintendo overlooked and contributed some track and ship designs for.Quote:

It's better than the N64 version. Weren't you trying to show that their franchise games were declining?Quote:

Yea but Sega developed it, no? Sega did the work right? However you slice it Sega developed F-Zero GX, not Nintendo. Nintendo handed off the game to someone else, who turned around and developed the best game in the series to date. HMM.Quote:

No, omfgninjas did a perfectly good job of that. But if you want to provide counter-examples please pick a game that is not for retards.Quote:

While I agree that Nintendo isn't as good as it once was, I will never understand Smash Bros.-bashing. My guess is that those people haven't even played the game for more than a minute.
The games are brilliant and addictive, especially in multiplayer. The gameplay is excellent yet people seem to bash it for not being as complex as Virtua Fighter, which is as ridiculous as expecting Mario Kart to play like Gran Turismo.
