I was watching TV last night, and on came the commercial break. First, there was one of those average screaming announcer announcing a BLOW OUT sale. This really pisses me off. But then there was the utmost satan of all commercials, that of the tampon. I wish I was hearing about interest rates and discounts again.
Words that I never want to hear again in a commercial:
-"flow"
-light
-medium
-heavy
-"uh oh"
-maxi pad
-And, a single woman voicing all of the women in the commercial
[/random vent]
I always see those comercials at the weirdest momments, like during cartoons. Like there is some huge hord of cramping women watching batman at 3 in the morning.
They're stupid, making guys act like they have NO idea what the hell a tampon is. There was one, where this guy thought it was a sugar packet a few months back. Then this other one where a girl sneaks one out of her purse, and the teacher tells her to share it with the class. WTF.
I've yet to see either of those. Odd
