I think Dreamcast is still gonna sell strong with Boarderdown, Shikigami 2 and news of Shenmue 3.

LOL. There's no way that "everyone who wants a PS2 already got one". The PS2 has sold maybe 50-60 million units worldwide... and PSX has dropped double that. The system isn't even close to market saturation. The demand might be lowering at its current price (I doubt it is, but whatever), but once Sony drops the price the demand will shoot right up again.
Did some of you guys miss the memo? Sony already announced a 40% jump in the sales of the PS2 and a 31% jump in PSOne sales, so there is little motivation for them to drop the price of the PS2.
A lower price will always sell more copies. Especially around the holiday season. Hell I'd get one if they lowered the price, otherwise I don't care.
I need to get a new copy of the PS2. Mine got scratched a few days ago.Quote:

Going with the main of argument of "everyone who wants a Ps2 has one" I'd have to say that I would like to see Microsoft get some major numbers this holiday. The lineup of games they have are amazing, compared to the upcoming GameCube lineup.
However I say I'd like for it to be that way, because I can also see Nintendo doing better. Although there aren't a lot of games coming out soon, the ones that are worthy of waiting on the release, are A+ titles. And then you have to take into consideration the systems new price. That will make a lot of people look at the Cube, that never would before.
This holiday will be interesting.
And yes. I'm sure I underestimated Sony's presence this year. But this was purely for the sake of Nintendo VS Microsoft.
I ,too, dream of utopia....Quote:

Nintendo will come in second place because people are cheap and don't care that they're throwing their money away as long as it makes the little brats happy come Christmas morning. After that, who cares.
MS will do about as well Nintendo based on their line up this season and hopefully more interest in XBL.
So by Christmas I see the PS2 and the GBA trouncing everything.
