Sailor Moon: The Live Action series

I was at an arcade last night and my friend told me about Sailor Moon: The Live Actions series. It apparently debuted just recently in Japan, sometime in October to be exact.

I've only seen the first episode so far, and it's weird stuff. Think that you're watching the Power Ranger only they're girls in school girl outfits.

I hope this comes here!! I LOVE Sailor Moon and this just looks like campy fun! Even though, I have seen cosplayers with better costumes...

After watching the first episode, I can safely say that this is horrible and whoever came up with the idea should be shot.

It's not as horrible as it is cheesy, I think. Tuxedo Mask and the whole "MOOOOOOOOOON PRISM POWER-I will punish you in the name of the moon" deal had me laughing out loud.
