They use that kind of shitty animation to relay news to their people. When Conan's new show debuted they ran a really shitty explanation of it to the Taiwanese people. Someone showed the shitty animation to Conan and he played it on the air and made fun of it.
That's their response to it.
Shitty? Unless you're just talking about the budget, disagreed. They have a much better grasp of bullshit American pop culture than you'd expect.
Last nights show was hilarious. The shit at a Time Warner facility was some classic Conan. So happy he's back.

Good. Conan's new show is awesome.
It is quite good. His interaction with the crowd is the newest and best thing about it. Jesse on last nights show being roasted for what he was wearing by Joel McHale from Community was great.
