Toys n Joys seems to have best pricing on the new PS2 Japanese systems, but I have never dealt with them before - are they decent, like as good as VGD and NCS? I want a reliable store for a purchase this big.
Any comments are appreciated.

No they are not decent. Do not order from them.
Here's a step by step of a transaction I had with the guy:
01. I look on the website and they say "email us to find out about any other games we have in stock!". So I emailed the guy about Bangaioh 64.
02. He says they have it, its like $50 or whatever, I credit-card the purchase up the next day.
03. I am not getting the package, no tracking number. I send him emails constantly, sometimes he responds, sometimes he doesnt.
04. After four weeks he tells me it hasnt shipped yet, but he has the box all ready to go. I tell him to go ahead and add Rent-A-Hero No. 1 to the order. He says okay.
05. I get the game a week later, 5 weeks after I purchased it (and after my CC was charged). No Rent-A-Hero was in the box.
I forget many of the unsavory details but all I have to say is DO NOT SHOP THERE.
I'm going to go with DiffusionX on this one. I can't recommend them. They are rather hit and miss and not professional in the least bit.
Thanks for the info. I was planning on picking up some Pop'n Music DC titles from them. Guess not anymore. :) Any suggestions?
Avoid these guys like the plague.
Videodrone,
Not to advertise, but I've got Pop N Music 2(Dc) complete but no spine card for sale. There are a few scratches, but nothing major. If you are interested, PM me with an offer. It is the key disc which is needed to play PnM 3 and 4 and was a pain in the ass to find. As far as the others, skip PnM 1 as just about every song from it is included on PnM 2 and it cannot be used as a key disc anyway. I'm unsure where you can find 3 and 4 but if I spot them I'll let you know.
Yeah they aren't that good, they often sell used games and new as well... not worth shopping there IMO.
Okay, thanks guys, I will wait and just pay more and get it from NCSX or VGD once they have it in stock. Lik-Sang has some too, and their prices are decent so I may go with them.
I've ordered several shipments of art books from them and haven't come across with any probs. Shipping is expensive, but their book prices make up for it.
I dealt with them once. Dont remember what I ordered but they are reliable. Just expensive shipping as SoB stated.
