Vote for the funniest movie of all time... if you have any suggestions not on the list, post them; I'll make replacements if they're worthy.
I didn't want to make this a Mel Brooks-fest, but I couldn't think of any other movie that can hang with these in terms of sheer comedic power.

Young Frankenstein gets props beyond all other comedies for finding as many actual sets of Frankenstein that they could to reuse. It mirrors its subject matter so well that I'd have to say it's one of the most well planned and put together comedies ever.
Spaceballs is just classic stupidity. God I love that movie.
Naked Gun is good stuff, though I think Hot Shots is better. Police Squad is classic.
Blazing Saddles is definately comedy genius as well.
I have, sadly, never seen all of History of the World and never in order. :(
Why is The Producers not up there?
Mel Brooks is definatly a funny guy. I love all of those movies.....
Still, I might have to say Dumb and Dumber is the all-time funniest.
