Yeah I agree, other then Kunoichi, theyres nothing im looking forward to thats from sega. Let's not forget they had a good year in 2003, just F-Zero got me head over heels. PSOIII looks disappointing, because I dont want another damn card game on the market...

I do miss the Strat/RPG titles like PS and Shining Force. Also the near complete lack of current-gen racers is a letdown.
I am a Sega fan, always have been (well, since 1989) always will be. Granted, I don't buy as many Sega games anymore, but that has less to do with lower quality games (although overall perhaps they are) and more to do with only owning one console.
Even if they aren't releasing as many great games, I would never wish them to not exist. That just doesn't make any sense to me.
I mean, it's not like they're 3DO and have no track record of even mediocre games. Then I can understand this response. They still have talent, and as long as they have it they will put out some great games.
I personally don't care for the business side of gaming (which I'm assuming is the main reason why people bash Sega as harsly as they do). I only care enough that it gets me some more great games, not LESS great games. Sega dying would bring about less great games, potentially, so why would I wish for that?
Back on-topic: While maybe good intentioned, the attitude that Sammy has shown is not a condusive one. They are basically daring every employee of Sega to do what they say, or be taken over by force. If they don't calm down, they might not have any developers left (judging by the resignation of the former head of Wow). If Suzuki and/or Naka walks, Sega is dead, and Sammy loses out on their investment.

Shinobi - Best action game ever made for the people man enough to learn the ropes. No it's not tinted glasses and if it was, tinted glasses would be a good thing.That way every game would be awsome in your own world!
ESPN NBA 2k4 - A heck of a lot better than Live and a great game anyway you slice it.Some prefer Insidedrive but it doesn't make this a shitty Sega game.It's still a great game.
PDO - Arguably the best 3D shooter ever.
Virtua Cop 3 - I always liked Time Crisis 2 better than any VC but this game is the shizznit.
Find me a better recent release list than that from any other developer. You probably can't or you just haven't played many of their games.
They used to totally dominate racing though but no sign of Sega Rally 3, Daytona 3, or F355 2.Too bad. Outrun 2 is coming though. I hope they aren't working on a crappy Gran Turismo type of game and that's why they're taking that long.
