What you get for used games is generally a joke. Resellers need some profit, but I think they go for a bit too much. If they're going to resell your $50 MSRP used game for $40, you should get a bigger piece of that- like $35. Five dollars in profit per used game is enough.
Those junk mailers seem to have learned how filters work, but I wish they'd learn why we use them. Defeating Mailwasher by deliberately misspelling a word in the subject doesn't change the fact that I'm not interested in their potential scam.Quote:

Jehova's Witnesses/Seventh Day Adventists distributing flyers/magazines. I say this because it's impossible to turn them down, they will NOT f-ing leave your store of their own will until you take a copy or twelve of whatever their passing out. It's honestly the ultimate scam, they annoy you till you take one, and even after you do, they continue to blab on while you pretend to listen (or make threatening gestures with a knife).
and...
Websites like freedvds.com or freevideogames.com peddling being able to get a free DVD or game or what have you if you can rack up enough points. The thing is, it's virtually impossible to get ahold of enough points to get even the cheapest thing their offering without applying and being approved for a new credit card or signing up for something that WILL cost you money, so the you end up paying to get the 'freebie' anyway.
They're overcharging because you need the cartridges once you own the printer. If you believe producing print cartridges costs anywhere near what they charge for them, you're wrong.Quote:
