Copyright infringment pwned
Well it seems like two Aussie Musicians have one upped...or maybe a billion upped the RIAA.
I'll break it down simply. What they did was figured up equations to EVERY phone number, then converted each number into a copyrighted tone sequence/song.
So in other words everytime you punch in a phone number your playing their copyrighted song and infringing on their ownership.
This was pretty much done as a jab at copyright laws, to show that they only work for the big guy. They also used it to show how copyright laws have major flaws.
