No, I just saw the movie a few hours ago and I came home and wrote a review for the hell of it. I use to write reviews for every movie I saw, but I got lazy so I gave it up, and it didn't help that I didn't go to the theatres as much as I use to. However, I felt like writing one for Batman Begins, so I did.Quote:

Maybe he just wants to "impress" everyone with his editorial skills.Quote:

Awesome stuff... WAY better than Tim Burton's crap. No corny romance material that we've seen in Spider-man and previous Batman movies either. I really loved the way they handled the origin angle. The dialogue was solid and didn't see too many wooden lines (if any). I definitely found more than a fair share of amusing moments here abd there. And I loved [alert spoiler material here, click to highlight]how they set up the next film for the debut of the Joker. Lt. Gordon showing off his "calling card" was an awesome touch, perfect fanservice for comic book enthusiasts! Definitely rocked my face. lol.
But man, who are they going to get to play him??!?!? Hmm...[/end spoiler]. In all, I will definitely be seeing this again before it leaves the theatres and intend on picking up the DVD release.
p.s. I've gotta get the official movie soundtrack! Went to Walmart to see if it was already available, but either it's not out yet or everyone purchased every unit! :( Damn, I really loved the scores overall (don't worry Danny Elfman, your tunes are still sweet in my book!) Edit: I have the entire score and listening to them now thanks to a personal online source, heh heh. Oh, and I also got a kickass movie poster of Batman (Christian Bale) holding Katie Holmes in his arm.
SWEAR TO WILL! ;)Quote:

This little note has been floating around the net for awhile, but screenwriter David Goyer points out "The next one would have Batman enlisting the aid of Gordon and Dent in bringing down the Joker... but not killing him, which is a mistake they made in the first one," Batwriter David Goyer tells the latest issue of US movie magazine Premiere. "In the third, the Joker would go on trial, scarring Dent in the process."
Looks like we'll be guaranteed to see at least 3 movies ala the Spiderman movie franchise.
Yeah, I saw it and loved it. I just meant I hope this film does well and Nolan directs the sequel.Quote:

Simply put, it kills all other Batman movies and most - if not all other comic movies.
I will be seeing this movie again before it leaves theatres.
It just goes to show you, when you have a great director and a solid cast.. you get exactly what you want out of a movie.
Bring on Batman 2!
Universal TNL praise? Maybe we'll go to the movies tonight.
Right!? This is an unprecedented event!Quote:
